Run Even when it Hurts!

Ouch!

My run today turned out to be quite painful when I fell, ouch.  I was running at a good pace through the little town that I live in and all of a sudden I was flat on my face.  I was hurt but also embarrassed thinking that everyone saw me fall.  I got myself up and looked around to see how many people were laughing at me, well it was only a bus driver headed to the school where I was running to.  She slowed down but that was it.  Thank God I was alive or else I think she would have left me there to die.  The interesting thing is she goes to our church, huh interesting that even when I ended up at the school to pick up my little boy she was there and did not even ask how I was.  I guess that is how this little town can be.  It was a good run other than that.  The sun was shining unlike yesterday when I ran in the rain.  Today was cold until I started running then it warmed up rather quickly!  The past two days I ran and I am loving it!!!  I am glad to be able to use my Nike sensor, I love how it keeps track of my running journey.  Goodnight all,  sweet Dreams!
